Introduction

We are currently looking for one our partners, a Management company specialised in Private Equity & Real Estate, for an Operations Manager eager to become a Conducting Officer.

With more than a half of billion of asset, they continue to expand their Luxembourgish office, therefore they are seeking for someone who will take over all the activities on place.

Responsibilities

As an Operations Manager you will:

  • Review and analyse the work performed by the Central and Accounting Administration
  • Be the contact person with the CSSF and other entities such as banks, lawyers, etc
  • Ensure all financial and management reporting deadlines are met
  • Review the NAV and make sure it meets the deadlines

Profile

To take over this position you need to:

  • Have at least 4 years of experience in a similar position
  • Have a good understanding of the Luxembourgish regulatory framework
  • Speak fluent English, any Nordic language is a strong asset
  • Be goal motivated and willing to develop a professional network

Job Offer
