Responsibilities
Your role
- Daily governance of corporate department
- Assist with all aspects of the governance matters, including boards, agendas, resolutions
- Work with the different internal operational teams
- Support the handling of corporate documentation and requests
- Support the review and analysis of different documents
- In general, assist in maintaining a sound corporate administration
- Follow-up on client requests
Profile
Your profile
- You possess a Bachelor or a Master degree in Law
- You have at least 3 years of experience in Luxembourg, ideally in a service provider, a ManCo or a law firm
- You are fluent French and English, German or Italian would be considered as an asset

Our offer
- You will get a gross salary of up to 70 000€ per year, depending on your knowledge and abilities, and you will be eligible for a bonus, wealth insurance and meal vouchers
