CRM corporate Officer : The Role
- You will coordinate company's incorporation like drafting articles, coordinate administrative formalities
- You will ensure onboarding of new clients while respecting procedures
- You will handle all legal aspects of the companies and compliance/KYC
- You will follow up the annual accounts, direct and indirect tax returns
CRM corporate Officer: The Profile
- You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar field
- You have a Bachelor degree in Law (a Master would be an asset)
- You are fluent in French and English and another language would be an asset
- You are ambitious and want to evolve within the company
