Currently in a "pre-commercial" phase, the company employs a team of around 50 people, primarily highly specialized scientists, supported by a small administrative team. It stands out for its strong focus on cellular science and biotechnology, working on promising projects in tissue regeneration.

Responsabilités

Your Responsibilities


In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for a range of essential tasks to ensure effective financial management and support the company's strategic projects. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating closely with the CFO to manage the company's budget, proposing ideas and improvements to optimize financial resources and align with strategic goals.
  • Monitoring and analyzing financial performance against budget forecasts, identifying variances, and working with budget holders to implement corrective actions.
  • Supporting the preparation of financial forecasts and future scenarios to anticipate financial needs and challenges.
  • Preparing standardized reports to provide clear and accurate financial insights for management.
  • Assisting with periodic financial closings to ensure accuracy and compliance of financial statements.
  • Conducting profitability analyses or strategic scenarios to inform decision-making.
  • Managing and tracking grants and subsidies, ensuring their proper utilization.
  • Participating in major financial projects, including IFRS compliance and the integration of new ERP systems.

Profil

Your Profile

  • At least 5 years of experience in a financial or accounting role, with a strong understanding of budgeting and management processes.
  • A degree in finance, accounting, management, economics, or a related field.
  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken, as the work environment is predominantly French-speaking with regular business use of English.
  • Dynamic, curious, and proactive personality with strong engagement skills.
  • Energetic, motivated, and eager to make a meaningful contribution to the team's success.

Offre

Your Offer

  • Gross Salary: €3,000-€4,500, depending on your experience and skills.
  • Work Schedule: Full-time permanent contract (40 hours/week) with flexible start times between 7:30 and 9:00 AM and a one-hour lunch break. Workday ends after 8 hours.
  • Company Car: Includes a fuel card, with hybrid or electric options. Note: car availability may vary depending on conditions.
