Responsibilities
What does your day look like as a Recruitment Consultant within Austin Bright?
Are you looking for variety in your job? As a Recruitment Consultant, one day is not the same as another, you can be sure of that!
You will be responsible for the recruitment process from A to Z and of course with the necessary support from your Team Leader/Manager.
Here are some of your responsibilities:
- Setting up a strategy with your colleagues, optimising your pipeline
- Analysing candidate needs and conducting intake interviews
- You use the Recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Stepstone, Indeed,...) put at your disposal to find the ideal candidate
- Advising clients on the recruitment process
Profile
Who are we looking for?
- You have obtained your Bachelor / Master degree
- You are Dutch-speaking and fluent in English
- Experience in recruitment is not a requirement
- Do you want to grow and open your own market, nationally or internationally? Anything is possible and we offer the necessary support
