Responsibilities

Position: Accounts Payable Accountant (AP)

This role provides an excellent opportunity for a junior accountant eager to learn and build their skills. Guided by a supportive and knowledgeable team, you will gain valuable experience and understanding of accounting practices.

Your Responsibilities:

In the initial stages, your tasks will include:

  • Supplier Invoice Management: Encoding, verifying, and approving invoices.
  • Payment Processing: Preparing and monitoring payments within established deadlines.
  • Supplier Communication: Managing relationships, resolving disputes, and following up on payment reminders (mainly in English).
  • Accounting Support: Assisting the team in maintaining well-organized financial records.

As you progress, you'll have the opportunity to take on more complex responsibilities, such as monthly closings and financial analyses.

Profile

Desired Profile:

We are looking for a motivated and curious candidate eager to develop in a dynamic environment while learning from a supportive team.

  • Experience: At least one previous experience (internship or employment) in accounting is required.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
  • Languages: Fluency in English is essential for supplier interactions; knowledge of French is also required.
  • Personal Qualities: Proactive, organized, and eager to learn and grow in your role.
