Responsibilities
Your Role:
As a Business Controller, you will play a key role in providing financial and operational support to the production site. Acting as a strategic partner to the management team, you will directly contribute to improving the company's overall performance. You will work closely with the Senior Business Controller.
Your Responsibilities:
- Ensure financial and operational reporting for the production site.
- Act as a Business Partner to the management team.
- Analyze monthly financial data and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare and present financial analyses.
- Collaborate closely with operational teams to identify growth and optimization opportunities.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial and operational reporting tools.
- Prepare and update budgets and financial forecasts.
- Conduct cost analyses for new products and seasonal menus.
- Produce ad hoc analyses for departments such as marketing, operations, and procurement.
Profile
The Profile We're Looking For:
- Master's degree in economics, finance, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in management control or auditing.
- Fluent in English, with a strong command of French and/or Dutch.
- Excellent Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.
- Team-oriented, with excellent communication skills.
- You are organized and proactive in your work.
