Introduction

This company is one of the world giants in telecommunications. They are present everywhere, from Eastern Europe to the USA. Their offer ranges from "classic" mobile products to B2B advanced security solutions.

In Belgium, their office is composed of 25 people. They mainly design projects for the EU Institutions. A few examples:

  1. Network and Security for large EU institutions
  2. Deployment of the 5G network
  3. Access to the internet while flying

They also have projects with large Belgian commercial companies.

The company is looking for a motivated accountant who will handle their Belgian entity's accounts from A to Z.

This position is located in Zaventem.

Responsibilities

Senior Accountant - Your Tasks

  • Month-end and year-end closings
  • VAT returns
  • Manage relationship with external auditors
  • Reporting to the HQ abroad

You will be expected, from time to time, to give a hand on various projects, sometimes unrelated to your field of competence.

Profile

Senior Accountant - Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • Fluent in English, French would be a major asset. Any other language is a plus
  • Between 4 and 12 years of experience as a hands-on accountant

Job Offer
