Your Role: Accounts Payable Accountant (AP)
This is the perfect opportunity for a junior accountant looking to learn and grow in a supportive environment. With hands-on training from experienced mentors, you'll develop strong accounting skills while working in a dynamic and friendly team.
What You'll Be Doing
In the beginning, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling supplier invoices: Recording, verifying, and approving invoices.
- Processing payments: Ensuring all payments are made on time.
- Communicating with suppliers: Managing relationships, resolving disputes, and following up on payments (mainly in English with US-based suppliers).
- Providing accounting support: Assisting with financial record-keeping and updating accounting files.
As you gain experience, you'll have the opportunity to take on more complex tasks, such as monthly closings and financial analysis.

- Experience: A first internship or work experience in accounting is required.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Languages: Fluent English (essential for supplier interactions) and French.
