Responsibilities
By joining the team as a Finance Business Manager, you will play a central role as the CFO's right-hand person. In tandem with the controller, you will be at the forefront of developing a robust financial strategy and will actively contribute to the digital transformation of the company.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Working closely with management to grasp business challenges and provide strategic financial support to inform decisions.
- Developing and overseeing a comprehensive financial plan aligned with the company's growth ambitions. Ensuring proactive management of financial resources.
- Providing in-depth analysis, recommendations, and financial advice to support operational and strategic initiatives.

Profile
- Proven experience as a Finance Business Manager or in a similar role, demonstrating strong financial expertise and the ability to influence strategic decisions.
- Master's degree in Economics, Management, or equivalent financial field.
- Advanced skills in financial analysis, strategic planning, and digital transformation.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team to achieve set goals.
- Proficiency in French and Dutch, essential selection criteria.
