Responsibilities
Your responsabilities :
The Accountant will join the finance department of the company, playing a crucial role within the team. This position involves close collaboration with the overseas shared services center, ensuring the accuracy of accounting operations and adherence to financial deadlines.
Key responsibilities include:
- Recording accounting entries
- Managing accounts payable and receivable
- Preparing tax declarations (corporate tax, VAT)
- Preparing annual financial statements
- Preparing audit files and monitoring dashboards
- Developing monthly reports
- Budget forecasting
- Cost accounting
- Managing fixed assets
Profile
Your profile :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or a related field, demonstrating a solid foundation in accounting principles and practices.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar accounting role, showcasing a proven track record in handling diverse accounting tasks and financial reporting.
- Proficient in accounting software and financial management tools, with a strong aptitude for leveraging technology to streamline processes and ensure accuracy.
- Bilingual in French and English, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally in both languages.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a keen eye for detail, demonstrating rigorous accuracy and organizational prowess. Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining high standards of work.
Job Offer
Your Offer :
- Gross Salary up to 4200 €/month
- Homeworking: 50% remote work is allowed, providing flexibility in the work arrangement
- Health Insurance: Provided, including Group Insurance and DKV Hospital coverage.
- Bonus: 13th-month salary included.
- Net Expenses: €95 per month for net expenses, plus €240 as a gift bonus.
- Meal Vouchers: €8 per day.
- Training Budget: Paid training available, including language courses.
- Evaluations: Performance evaluations are conducted regularly; details on timing and process are provided by the company.
- Phone: Company mobile phone and subscription provided.
