As part of its expansion, we are looking for an Accounting & Tax Manager to oversee the financial operations of its Benelux entities.

Responsibilities

Your Mission

Step into a pivotal role where your expertise will shape financial strategy and ensure seamless accounting operations. Your key responsibilities include:

Accounting & Tax Leadership

  • Supervise the accounting of multiple entities, ensuring compliance with BE GAAP standards
  • Manage tax declarations, including VAT, ISOC, corporate and personal tax
  • Lead and mentor a team of three accountants, supporting their professional growth

Financial Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports to support management decisions
  • Conduct internal balance sheet reviews and oversee intra-group account reconciliations

Optimization & Process Improvement

  • Enhance accounting tools and processes to improve efficiency
  • Oversee administrative management and ensure financial operations run smoothly

Profile

Your Profile

We are looking for an analytical thinker, a natural leader, and a finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent
  • Experience: At least 5 years in accounting, preferably with team management experience
  • Languages: Fluent in French and either English or Dutch (written & spoken)
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Winbooks and Excel
  • Mindset: Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
