Currently, we are looking for an accounting and human resources manager to join this dynamic company.

Responsabilités
Your responsibilities as an Accountant
- Supervise and coordinate the company's daily accounting operations.
- Develop and oversee the preparation of periodic financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors during financial audits.
- Monitor the company's budgets and financial forecasts.
- Provide financial advice and recommendations to management to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage payroll, leave, and other administrative tasks related to human resources.
Profil
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in accounting.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience as a GL accountant
- Proactive and eager, you are capable of actively seeking necessary information.
- You have experience, even marginal, in the field of human resources.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Fluent in French, appreciable knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
- You have a mindset suitable for SMEs, making you versatile and flexible in your approach.
