- Collaborate with departments to develop and manage annual budgets.
- Provide accurate financial forecasts, budget analyses, and variances.
- Validate monthly closure and recommend budget adjustments if necessary.
- Establish key performance indicators and analyze financial trends.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensure regulatory compliance.
- Prepare and present financial reports, lead and develop a high-performing control team.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative environment, align financial goals with business objectives.
- Provide financial insights to support decision-making and integrate advanced financial technologies.
Profil
Your profile:
- Master's degree in finance.
- Proven experience in a senior financial position, preferably as a management controller or similar role.
- Proven experience in the payments industry.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate financial data into concrete actions.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Thorough knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and control methodologies.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
