Responsabilités

Your Mission

As a GL Accountant, you will assist the Finance Director and be responsible for:

  • Managing daily accounting operations: accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), cash journals, expenses, and invoicing.
  • Preparing payments via the Isabel platform.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth accounting processes.
  • Handling monthly and annual closings.
  • Managing VAT administration (monthly and quarterly declarations).
  • Overseeing debtors and document archiving.
  • Contributing to the implementation of a new accounting software.

Profil

Profile

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years in GL accounting, ideally within a service-oriented company.
  • Languages: Fluent English is mandatory, with a good command of French or Dutch.
  • Technical Skills: Excellent proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office. Experience with AX Dynamics and Power BI is a plus.
  • Personal Skills: Organized, detail-oriented, analytical mindset, autonomous, and capable of handling a high workload.

  • Salary: Competitive package up to €7,000 gross per month, depending on experience.
