Job Description:
As a Senior Accountant, you will oversee the full-cycle accounting operations for the Belgian entity, working closely with an external fiduciary partner. You will also collaborate regularly with finance teams across multiple countries.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Account Management: Managing daily general accounting operations.
- Monthly and Annual Closures: Preparing financial statements and reports.
- International Transactions Monitoring: Overseeing accounting operations between subsidiaries.
- Tax Filings and Compliance: Handling tax declarations and ensuring adherence to legal requirements.
- Collaboration with External Fiduciary: Supporting audits and financial controls.
- Financial Process Improvement: Recommending solutions to streamline accounting procedures.
Profil
The Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a General Ledger Accountant.
- Fluent in English and French; proficiency in Italian is a strong advantage.
- Strong expertise in accounting and financial management.
- Highly versatile and independent, with the ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with other departments.
- Detail-oriented, with excellent accuracy in financial data handling.
