Responsibilities

About the Role:

To support its ambitious growth and future plans, including upcoming investment rounds and potential IPO, the company is seeking a Business Controller to reinforce its finance team and work closely with the CFO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis with department heads.
  • Standardize financial reporting and contribute to monthly closings.
  • Drive ad hoc business cases and strategic scenario planning.
  • Manage follow-ups on grants and subsidies.
  • Lead financial projects, such as ERP implementation and IFRS conversion.

Profile

Your Profile:

  • 5 years of experience in finance, with a focus on controlling.
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
  • Fluent in French, with strong proficiency in English (daily business use).
  • Excellent skills in Excel and ERP systems.
  • A proactive, curious, and dynamic professional eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
