Responsibilities
Position: Accountant
As an Accountant, you will be a key part of the financial team, managing the daily accounting operations for an international subsidiary. This role requires a strong command of English, as you will regularly liaise with teams and stakeholders from different countries.
Your Main Responsibilities:
- Invoice Management: Process and validate invoices within an automated accounting system.
- Payment Oversight: Supervise bank transactions, manage collections, and maintain relationships with suppliers.
- Analytical Contributions: Support analytical accounting tasks and develop expertise in this area.
- Monthly Closures: Actively participate in the monthly financial closing process with the team.
International Collaboration: Work closely with teams in various countries to ensure seamless operations and compliance.
Profile
Desired Profile:
We are seeking a proactive and adaptable accountant who thrives in a multicultural and collaborative environment.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years in accounts payable/receivable or general accounting.
- Languages: Fluency in English is essential for international communication; knowledge of French is a strong asset.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and Power BI; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Personality: Dynamic, outgoing, and an excellent communicator, with a keen interest in learning new processes.
