Responsabilités

Your Responsibilities:

As a Credit Controller, your daily tasks will include:

  • Managing customer accounts, following up on late payments, and maintaining regular communication to ensure timely payments.
  • Analyzing clients' financial data to assess their ability to meet their financial obligations.
  • Producing detailed financial reports, analyzing trends, and making recommendations to
  • optimize debt management.
  • Designing payment plans tailored to clients' needs while minimizing risk for the company.
  • Collaborating closely with clients and internal departments to resolve financial disputes efficiently.
  • Joining a team of experienced professionals who will provide training and support to help you excel in your role.

Profil

Your Profile:

  • You have some prior experience as a Credit Controller.
  • You are fluent in French or Dutch, with good knowledge of the other national language.
  • You possess excellent communication skills.
    You enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
  • You have strong analytical skills and great attention to detail.
