Responsabilités
Job Description:
As a General Accountant, you will be responsible for the complete management of the accounting for the Belgian entity, from A to Z, working closely with the external fiduciary partner. You will also have frequent interactions with finance teams located in various countries.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Account Management: Handling the daily operations of general accounting.
- Monthly and Annual Closings: Preparing financial statements and reports.
- International Transactions Monitoring: Reviewing accounting operations between subsidiaries.
- Tax Filings and Legal Compliance: Managing tax declarations and monitoring compliance with legal requirements.
- Collaboration with External Fiduciary: Assisting with audits and financial controls.
- Financial Process Improvement: Proposing solutions to optimize accounting procedures.
Profil
The Profile We Are Looking For:
- At least 3 years of experience as a General Ledger Accountant.
- Fluent in English and French; Italian is a (big) plus.
- Excellent skills in accounting and financial management.
- Versatile and autonomous: Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with other departments.
- Detail-oriented and precise in handling financial figures.
