Responsibilities
Your Positions - Key Responsibilities
As an Accountant, you will join a strong financial team, where you will be responsible for the daily management of supplier and customer invoices for a foreign subsidiary. Due to this responsibility, fluency in both written and spoken English is required.
You will work closely with another experienced accountant, actively contributing to the management of financial operations and payment flows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Invoice Management: Entering and validating recurring invoices in an automated system.
- Payment Management: Monitoring payments and collections while maintaining trusted relationships with clients and suppliers.
- Analytical Accounting: A willingness to learn and contribute to analytical account management.
- Closing Process: Assisting with monthly financial closings in collaboration with the accounting team.
- International Collaboration: Interacting with teams based in Belgium and other European countries.
Profile
Your Profile :
The ideal candidate has some initial experience in accounting and is comfortable working in a dynamic, multicultural environment. You are open to learning new processes, particularly in analytical accounting, and enjoy working as part of a team.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in AP/AR accounting.
- Languages: Good command of both French and English (spoken and written) to communicate with various subsidiaries.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and ideally some experience with accounting software.
- Personality: Dynamic, outgoing, and a strong team player.
Job Offer
Your Offer:
- Competitive Salary: Up to €3,900 gross per month, depending on experience.
- Benefits: Health insurance (DKV), pension plan, and meal vouchers (€8 per day).
- Flexibility: 38 hours per week, with the option for one day of remote work in the future.
