Responsibilities

Your future responsabilities :

As a Medior Accountant, you will join a dynamic financial team and play a key role in the accounting management of the group's three entities. You will work closely with an experienced accountant under the supervision of an external accounting expert. You will be responsible for all daily accounting operations, actively contributing to monthly and annual closings, and working on the optimization of internal processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Invoice Management (AP/AR): Enter, validate, and follow up on supplier and client invoices.
  • Payment Tracking: Handle bank transactions and monitor payment schedules.
  • Tax Declarations: Prepare and submit VAT declarations.
  • Accounting Closures: Participate in monthly and annual closings in collaboration with the accounting team.
  • International Collaboration: Interact with U.S. teams to manage accounting and administrative aspects of operations in the United States.
  • Process Improvement: Suggest improvements to optimize accounting and financial processes.

Profile

Your profile :

  • Minimum of 2-3 years in an accounting role, ideally within an international.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proficient in French, with solid written and spoken English for international interactions.
  • Knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems; proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong accuracy in handling financial data and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and support decision-making processes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach, adaptable to a team-oriented environment.
  • Demonstrates initiative in improving processes and managing responsibilities independently.
