Responsibilities
Your Role - Key Responsibilities:
As a Junior Accountant, you will become part of a dynamic financial team and take on the responsibility of managing supplier and customer invoices for a foreign subsidiary. As this role involves international collaboration, fluency in both spoken and written English is essential.
You will work closely with an experienced accountant, contributing actively to financial operations and payment management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Invoice Management: Processing and validating recurring invoices through an automated system.
- Payment Management: Overseeing payments and collections, fostering trusted relationships with clients and suppliers.
- Analytical Accounting: Assisting in analytical accounting tasks and learning new processes.
- Closing Process: Supporting monthly financial closings in collaboration with the accounting team.
- International Collaboration: Engaging with teams based in Belgium and across Europe.
Profile
Your Profile:
The ideal candidate has some prior experience in accounting and thrives in a dynamic, multicultural environment. You are eager to learn, especially about analytical accounting, and enjoy working collaboratively within a team.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years in AP/AR accounting.
- Languages: Proficiency in French and English (spoken and written) to interact with various subsidiaries.
- Technical Skills: Strong skills in Excel and Power BI, with experience in accounting software being an advantage.
- Personality: Energetic, outgoing, and a strong team player.

- Competitive Salary: Up to €3,900 gross per month, depending on experience.
